Our gates and barriers team recently installed a set of automatic gates for a new exclusive housing development in Norwich city centre.
King’s Gate is a new development on Music House Lane, of nine residential properties by developer Flagship Homes. The city centre location means that the parking spaces are highly coveted, to ensure that the residents can safeguard their driveways we were contracted to install vehicle and pedestrian gates with strict access controls.
We supplied and installed an automatic underground motor vehicle gate and singled pedestrian gate with access control and hydraulic closer, operated via a 9 button intercom. The intercom access gives each house control, and connected to the residents’ mobile and landline phones it allows entry to visitors quickly and easily. The underground exit loops allows cars to exit without the driver having to manually open and close the gate, making it easy for visitors or delivery drivers to exit without their own remote control.
The automatic gates allow for this development to feel more exclusive, improves safety and gives residents control over their homes.
