We took our newest garage doors van out for a spin through the Suffolk countryside en route to this latest installation. Two Ultimate insulated roller garage doors.
The job specifications were to supply and install electrically operated Ultimate garage doors, finished in Pale Green with Brown guides and hood. The Somfy motor that opens and closes the doors is controlled by hand held transmitters that can be conveniently kept in a pocket or glove compartment ready for use.
Other features include an internal manual override so no-one can get accidentally locked in their own outbuilding, a 105 decibel alarm that should scare the dickens out of any unwanted intruders and a courtesy light so you can see what you are doing in the dark. We also installed brush-lined guides that prevent metal to metal contact and a weather strip along the bottom of the door.
In short, these are really nice garage doors! And with a handsome new van beside them thought we’d better take a photo to share on our blog and social media.
