This week all the stars aligned to help us do something remarkable to help a customer in need.
With an old and damaged garage door completely locked shut, our customer called us to measure for a brand new door. And, with no way of entering the garage, our customer was desperate to be able to gain access.
On Tuesday we went out to survey for a new garage door and by Wednesday the door was installed. This is certainly not something that we are usually able to do, but it happened on this occasion we had just the door our customer needed in stock and a free installation slot the next day.
Our typical lead time is a few weeks between survey and installation (depending on the complexity of the job, uniqueness of the door and availability of our busy installation teams), but if we always aim to complete the job in the fastest time that is convenient to the customer.
