Military Installation: Upgrade for Army Base Doors

Tomorrow (June 26th) is Armed Forces Day. A time when the nation comes together to show support for the brave troops that keep our nation safe from threats. We are pleased to be able to share pictures of a recent installation we undertook on a military base (although obviously we won’t share the location).

Manufacturer Jewers Doors contacted us to install two of their Kingfisher Top Hung Doors that had been ordered as an upgrade for an army building. Jewers specialise in bespoke door solutions for special projects and high performance doors.

In the header image, you can see a door consisting of two leaves for an opening 4000mm wide by 3680mm high with vision panels and a personnel door.

Here you can see the improvement offered by the installation of a single leaf door of 3 panels for an opening 3260mm wide x 4000mm high.

Both of the doors we installed are manually operated.
