Customer Update: Orders and Installations

Following the latest government guidelines and the easing of the lockdown measures, we are pleased to be able to increase the services available to customers. 

Whilst our showroom remains closed to the public for the time being, additional measures and procedures have been introduced in our offices to ensure the safety of our staff, enabling us to have a skeleton crew working to process orders and handle customer enquiries.

Many of our suppliers and manufacturers are open and operating at a limited capacity, and we are working closely with them to ensure safe supply and delivering of goods to reduce lead times for customers. 

Our repairs and installations team have continued to work throughout the lockdown to support emergency and frontline services and customers in essential industries, and attend to urgent repair works. We continue to support and attend installations for customers in essential industries and at sites that are able to ensure safe social distancing measures. 

We continue to monitor the situation closely and will update our safety measures in accordance with government guidelines, always prioritising staff and customer health and wellbeing.
