Our team recently had the pleasure of helping a customer add two new sectional doors as part of a facility renovation. The directive we were presented with was easy enough: deliver and install doors that provide smooth operation, that are modern-looking, and that are safe to operate on a daily basis. But like any project, the real success lies in the details to ensure that it all works together seamlessly.
On this job, we provided and fitted two jet-black sectional doors with double-glazed panels. While the clear panels are maybe a subtle touch, they actually make a lot of difference - with light entering the room to brighten it up, warm it, and make it a more welcoming environment.
Functionality was no less important. These doors are electrically operated, so the user can effortlessly open and close them with a simple button press. In addition to ease of operation, they incorporate a full complement of safety features. These include everything from anti-drop protection through to self-sensing closing edges - one less issue for the client to worry about.
The fitting process was all done in an extremely smooth manner and our team ensured that all elements were properly fitted. Through communication with client from the outset, we were able to ensure that all elements conformed to their requirements and the doors fit perfectly into the opening. Upon completion, the doors were not simply functional - they were a feature by themselves.
