Herring & Palmer is a local, independent garage in Norwich that’s gained a reputation as a trusted mechanic and created a following of loyal customers over the past 25 years. We’ve had the pleasure of working with the mechanics a number of times over the years and recently installed three roller shutter doors at the garage on Hall Road as part of a refurbishment.Â
The garage previously had hinged swing doors, which were beginning to look worse for wear. We replaced the old wooden doors with Titan roller shutters, a perfect choice for doorways that need vehicle access. The galvanised steel shutters are made here in Norwich in our workshop and built to the exact specifications of the garage, ensuring a perfect fit.Â
One of the shutters was being installed for a new third entrance, where previously there was a window. This new entrance gives the team at Herring & Palmer additional space to work on cars and serve more customers as the business continues to grow.Â
The steel shutters are made from heavy duty interlocking panels, making the garage secure from would be thieves as well as offering protection from rain, wind and snow. Offering protection and security, the shutters require minimal maintenance to stay in optimal condition and are designed to last for many years.Â
Once the roller shutter doors were installed, new signage was added to the exterior of the garage, covering the cassettes of the shutters, giving the garage a great new modern look. Updating the front of the garage has given the premises a brilliant new look and given the business more usable space.Â
