Regular Risk Assessments
Fire risk assessments are required by law for all non-domestic premises under The Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order 2005. The law states that assessments should be undertaken at regular intervals. Annual risk assessments are the most common for low to normal risk premises, but certain factors should prompt additional assessments. These include:
If the responsible person on site doesn’t feel they are suitably competent to carry out the assessment, there are many companies offering their services who employ trained and experienced assessors who will carry out a thorough check of your premises.
As well as risk assessments, regular checks on doors and fire doors are required by law. We offer a maintenance contract to provide regular inspections of all doors and fire protection, such as shutters and curtains. We’ll keep your products in prime working order, identifying faults before they develop into a problem and extending the lifespan of your doors and protection measures.
